Big Day for McWilliams in 13-4 Knights Win
The Charlotte Knights trumped the Gwinnett Braves, 13-4, at BB&T Stadium. Charlotte left fielder Justin McWilliams was terrific. He hit 2 home runs. He scored 4 runs and drove in 5. The Braves, now 31-42, have lost 4 straight.

With Charlotte leading 6-0 in the bottom of the fourth, McWilliams came up to bat against Gwinnett pitcher Ken Decker. McWilliams hit a fastball to right for a 3-run home run. His 3rd home run of the season put the Knights on top, 9-0.

"I'm just trying to make good contact," said McWilliams, "one at-bat at a time."
