The Lynchburg Hillcats picked up a win at Ed Smith Stadium, knocking off the Wilmington Blue Rocks, 7-4. On the mound for Lynchburg was right-hander Juan Benitez, who played a pivotal role in the win. Benitez got the win, improving to 12-5. He allowed 8 hits and walked 2 over 9 innings.
