Cincinnati starter Justin Jenkin put a stranglehold on the Atlanta offense. The right-hander had complete command of his fastball in leading the Reds to a 3-1 win. The winning streak has now reached 7 games for Cincinnati.

Cincinnati used a well-timed hit by Danny Molina to capture the win. The catcher socked a 2-run double in the top of the second inning to put the Reds ahead, 3-0. Though it was his only hit in 4 at-bats, it was important.

"Justin made some big pitches when he needed to," said Reds manager BJ Gorman.
