The Baltimore (Rk+) Orioles racked up a win at Ballpark of Pearl River, bumping off the Kingsport Mets, 2-1. Leonardo Reyna, who started for Baltimore (Rk+), pitched effectively for his team. The win went to Jonathan Carson in relief. His record improves to 2-0. Seth Spector took the loss. The first-place Orioles hiked their record to 20-3.
Emilio Martinez drove in one run against the Mets. With the game tied in the bottom of the seventh inning, he hit a sacrifice fly that put Baltimore (Rk+) in front, 2-1.
