Red Sox Come Back Late to Top Yankees, 6-4
Ballpark of Cool Valley played host to some exciting baseball.

The Boston (Rk+) Red Sox topped the Pulaski Yankees, 6-4, at Ballpark of Cool Valley. Boston (Rk+) designated hitter David Beason was a spark plug for the offense. He slugged 2 home runs. He drove in 5 runs and scored twice. The Red Sox go to 15-28, putting them last in the East.

The game was decided with two out in the bottom of the ninth. With Boston (Rk+) trailing 4-3, Beason jumped on a cutter from 19-year old right-handed pitcher Richard Silverstone and hit a 3-run home run to left-center. With one swing, the Red Sox had a walk-off win.

"There's nothing like the buzz of a walk-off win," Beason said.
