Giants Collect 5-4 Win Over Astros
The San Francisco (Rk+) Giants did just enough to sneak past the Greeneville Astros, 5-4, at Ballpark of Anchorage. San Francisco (Rk+) pitcher Jeff Rotondi, in particular, had a standout performance. The second-place Giants sport a record of 27-18.

The decisive blow was delivered by Victor Marte in the bottom of the 13th when he hit a run-scoring double off 19-year old right-handed pitcher Clint Holman to win the game for San Francisco (Rk+). The home crowd went nuts.

"Jeff pitched his heart out," said San Francisco (Rk+) manager Jeremy Marshall.
