Blue Jays Pick Up 5-3 Win Against Minnesota
Toronto parlayed a decent outing from starter Andres Sauri into a solid win over the Minnesota Twins. The final score was 5-3. Toronto is now 16-29, Minnesota 23-22.

Kanyon Torrance had a big solo home run for the Blue Jays in the top of the second inning. With Toronto leading 1-0 and the bases empty, he got a changeup from 27-year old right-handed pitcher Steve Buck and swatted a home run to right-center. It was his 3rd home run of the season, and more importantly, it put the Blue Jays ahead, 2-0.

"I know we have our doubters," said Minnesota manager Chris Greuling. "But I still have high hopes for this team."
