Lancaster wasted an exceptional performance by pitcher Jordan Johnson, falling to the Lake Elsinore Storm, 5-0. Johnson threw 7.0 innings of 5-hit ball for the losing team. Mike Domzalski, the winner, goes to 9-8. He allowed no runs on 5 hits, with 4 walks and 3 strikeouts over 5 innings. Getting the save was Brian Boon, his 1st.

Lake Elsinore used a well-timed hit by Ryan Curran to capture the win. The first baseman socked a run-scoring double in the top of the fifth inning to put the Storm ahead, 1-0. Though it was his only hit in 4 at-bats, it was important.
