Colorado Field played host to some real drama.

In a low-scoring game between Colorado and Milwaukee, pitcher Ruben Velazquez was excellent. The Colorado right-hander helped his team knock off the Brewers, 2-1. The Rockies raised their record to 30-15.

Colorado got a knockout punch from Francisco Torres. The left fielder hammered a solo home run in the bottom of the ninth inning to win the game. It might've been his only hit, but it decided the outcome.

"Ruben was a handful," said Milwaukee manager Danny Post.
