Saxton hits 3 home runs in Brewers Win
|
Behind the bravura of shortstop Jamie Saxton, the Milwaukee Brewers topped the Atlanta Braves by the score of 6-1. Saxton hit 3 home runs. He drove in 5 runs and scored three times for the Brewers. With the win, Milwaukee raised its record to 24-22.
Saxton had a key at-bat for Milwaukee early in the game. With a runner on 2nd, he hit a 2-run home run. It was his 10th home run of the season and gave Milwaukee an early 2-0 lead.
