Getting an impressive start from Ben Bower, San Francisco beat Las Vegas by the score of 3-0. Picking up the save was 26-year old right-handed pitcher Men Pimentel.

Bower went 6.1 innings, allowing no runs on 2 hits. The San Francisco right-hander, now 5-3, has an ERA of 3.10 this season.

"For the most part, I didn't think they knew what was coming," said Bower.

The last-place Giants bumped their record to 20-28.
