Losing Trend Continues for Pulaski
San Francisco (Rk+) beat Pulaski at Calfee Park, escaping with a 5-4 win. The win in large part was due to right fielder Austin Clouser. He went 2-3 with a double and a walk, while scoring 2 times. Sam Rollins earned the save for San Francisco (Rk+), his 3rd. The Giants raised their record to 24-30.

An inflection point occurred with two out in the top of the seventh. That's when Giants shortstop Chris McCobb hit a fastball from Johnny Moore for a 2-run single. Just like that, San Francisco (Rk+) was up, 5-4.

"No one likes losing," said Pulaski manager Erik Bowman. "But we'll turn this thing around."
