Warner Socks 2 Home Runs in 9-1 Cincinnati Win
|
The Cincinnati Reds pinned a convincing loss on the Las Vegas Hustle, 9-1, at Great American Ball Park. Pat Warner was a main factor in the win. He hit 2 home runs. He drove in 6 runs and scored twice for Cincinnati. Cincinnati is now 37-21, while Las Vegas is 27-30.
With Cincinnati leading 1-0 in the bottom of the third, Warner hit a fastball from Russ Einhorn for a grand slam home run. It was his 9th home run of the season and put the Reds ahead, 5-0.
"Things went our way," said Warner.
