Orioles Suffer 7-6 Loss to Giants
|
The home crowd had a good time watching the Baltimore (Rk+) Orioles and San Francisco (Rk+) Giants get after it.
The San Francisco (Rk+) Giants beat the Baltimore (Rk+) Orioles, 7-6, in part because of left fielder Mark Goree. He was 2-4 with a home run and a walk, while adding 3 RBI and scoring once. The Giants go to 15-42, putting them 6th in the East.
Bob Harrigan contributed to the San Francisco (Rk+) win with a solo home run in the bottom of the seventh. For the game, the center fielder had 2 hits in 5 at-bats with 1 home run, 1 single, 1 run scored, and 1 RBI.
"We'll kick back tonight, then get set for the next one," Harrigan said.
