Alex Santiago helped his team muscle past the Bluefield Blue Jays, 8-5. In the game, the Princeton catcher went 1-4 with a home run, while adding 3 RBI and scoring once. Jay Paglia was the winner. He's now 3-4. The loser was 20-year old right-handed pitcher Jose Romero. John Campbell picked up his 1st save of the season.

Princeton used a well-timed hit by Cameron Coe to capture the win. The third baseman socked a 2-run double in the top of the second inning to put the Rays ahead, 2-0. Though it was his only hit in 4 at-bats, it was important.

"I was just going up there trying to see good pitches, that was about it," said Santiago.

Princeton occupies 4th place in the East at 29-40.
