Multi-HR Day for Ayala as Blue Jays Overpower Giants, 6-1
Led by Jorge Ayala, the Bluefield Blue Jays downed the San Francisco (Rk+) Giants, 6-1. Ayala went 2 for 4 with 2 home runs, while adding 4 RBI and scoring twice for the Blue Jays. The win puts Bluefield at 45-30 this season.

Bluefield took a 5-0 lead on Ayala's 6th home run of the season. The 3-run home run, which he hit off Pedro Enriquez in the top of the sixth, propelled Bluefield to the win.

"It was a solid team effort," Ayala said. "That's usually what it takes to win."
