Ramires Shackles St. Louis in 2-0 Pirates Win

Pittsburgh Pirates starter Marcelino Ramires was in fine form. He led his team to victory over the St. Louis Cardinals, 2-0. Pittsburgh is first in the National League East Division with a record of 39-20.
Ramires picked up the win. He's now 5-3, after putting the St. Louis offense in the deep freeze. Over 7.1 innings, he allowed no earned runs on 1 hit.
"Marcelino controlled the strike zone," said Pittsburgh manager Merlyn Evans.
