Raucous Five County Stadium Crowd Propels Blue Wahoos to 3-0 Victory; Series Tied at 1
The Pensacola Blue Wahoos knotted up the Round 1 at Five County Stadium, thanks in large part to starter Brian Scalfaro. Scalfaro quieted the Biloxi Shuckers, enabling Pensacola to grab the 3-0 win and move into a 1-1 tie in the best-of-5 series.

Scalfaro, the Pensacola right-hander, went 8.2 innings, allowing no runs on 5 hits. He collected 7 strikeouts.

"We put together a nice win," Scalfaro said.

Game 3 is scheduled for Sunday at MGM Park in Biloxi.
