Braves Even With Smokies After Walk-Off Win
In a crucial game, the Mississippi Braves put on their best show, beating the Tennessee Smokies by a final score of 6-5. Tim Addison was 2 for 4 with 2 singles and a walk. He drove in 3 runs and scored once. Mississippi and Tennessee are now tied at 2 wins apiece in the best-of-7 affair.

The game was still up for grabs in the bottom of the ninth. With two out, Addison hit a fastball from Sergio Gaona for a run-scoring single. The Braves, in dramatic fashion, had a walk-off win.

"It's a thrill to get that kind of win," Addison said.

The next game is set to be played tomorrow at Trustmark Park in Pearl.
