Round 2 Game 1 Victory for Reijnders and Lynchburg
Starter Nicol Reijnders was sensational for the Lynchburg Hillcats in his team's 6-0 triumph over the Winston-Salem Dash in Game 1 of the Round 2 today. Reijnders pitched well, but Lynchburg picked up the win to take a 1-0 lead in the series.

Winston-Salem had little success against Reijnders and his knuckle curve. Reijnders tossed 104 pitches over 7.2 innings for the Hillcats.

"I had one goal in mind," said Reijnders. "Keep pounding the zone."

The next game is set to be played tomorrow at Ed Smith Stadium in Lynchburg.
