Lexington Win Evens Series at 2
The Lexington Legends defeated the Kannapolis Intimidators, 7-5, in Game 4 of the Round 2. Making an impact was third baseman Luis de Leon, who went 4 for 5 with 4 singles, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once. The win moves Lexington into a 2-2 tie with Kannapolis in the series.

The game was all tied up in the bottom of the eighth, until de Leon delivered big-time for Lexington, stroking a dramatic 2-run single off John Clark. The game-changing hit put the Legends on top, 7-5.

"You need to show up when your number's called," said de Leon.

The next game is set to be played tomorrow at Whitaker Bank Ballpark in Lexington.
