Rockies Move on to Division Series
|
The Cincinnati Reds were simply overmatched by the Colorado Rockies in the Wild Card.
The end result was a sweep, as Colorado has cruised to the Division Series, with the final win coming at Colorado Field by a score of 8-5.
"We're clicking and running on all cylinders at the moment," said Ezequiel Torka, who was named MVP of the Wild Card. "We're a dangerous team when we play like this."
For the series, Torka hit .625 with a .625 on-base percentage. He had 0 home runs, drove in 2 RBI and scored 2 runs.
The Division Series matchups and schedule will be announced after the Wild Card finishes.
