Diamondbacks Rally Past Rockies for 2-1 Series Lead
The Arizona Diamondbacks needed some last-minute heroics to do it, but ultimately emerged one game away from the Championship Series. The Diamondbacks got took the 5-4 win against the Colorado Rockies in a walk-off at Chase Field. Arizona second baseman Nick Cheney went 2 for 4 with 2 singles and a walk, while adding 3 RBI. The win gives the Diamondbacks a 2-1 advantage in the best-of-5 Division Series.

The game was decided with no one out in the bottom of the ninth. With Arizona trailing 4-3, Cheney hit a circle change from Ethan Moorer for a 2-run single. In the blink of an eye, the Diamondbacks had a walk-off win.

"There's never a lack of effort in our clubhouse. We're willing to do the little things to get the win," Cheney told the Arizona Gazette.

The next game is set to be played tomorrow at Chase Field in Phoenix.
