When the games really matter, the Toronto Blue Jays put on their best show, beating the Las Vegas Hustle by a final score of 1-0. Jeff Olguin threw 8.1 innings of shutout ball. Toronto now leads Las Vegas 2-1 in the best-of-7 affair.
Toronto starter Jeff Olguin pitched like a boss. The 6-foot-7 right-hander allowed no runs on 1 hit over 8.1 innings.
"Jeff is pitching with a lot of determination and a lot of fire," said Toronto manager Dan Silva.
The next game is set to be played tomorrow at Las Vegas Ballpark in Las Vegas.
