Ortiz Blasts Red Sox, Astros Take Game 1, 4-3
The Houston Astros started the Division Series in style today, winning on the road against the Boston Red Sox at Fenway Park by a score of 4-3 to take an early 1-0 lead in the best-of-5 series. Astros left fielder Victor Ortiz excelled. He went 4 for 5 with a home run, a double, and 2 singles. He scored 2 runs and drove in 3.

Ortiz turned the game around in the top of the eighth. That's when the Houston left fielder dialed up a 3-run home run. Just like that, Houston's 3-1 deficit turned into a 4-3 lead.

"Feels good to get the job done," Ortiz said after the game.

The next game is set to be played tomorrow at Fenway Park in Boston.
