Munoz, Rockies Sink Reds Again in Game 2
The Colorado Rockies moved to within one game of the League Championship Series today, downing the visiting Cincinnati Reds at Colorado Field by a score of 12-9. Rockies third baseman Armando Munoz did some major damage. He was 1 for 2 with a home run and 2 walks, while scoring 2 and driving in 2. The win gives the Rockies a 2-0 advantage in the best-of-5 Division Series.

In the bottom of the eighth inning, Jason Richford went deep for the Rockies. With Colorado trailing 9-8, he drilled a solo home run.

"I got everyone together and told them they did great today," Colorado manager Trevor Taka told BNN reporters after the game. "But I warned them that even if we make it out of the Division Series, it's only going to get harder."

Game 3 is scheduled for Saturday at Great American Ball Park in Cincinnati.
