Troy Loyd made an impact in the 6-3 Chicago win over Kansas City. Loyd, who is on pace for 70 RBI this season, was 2-3 with a home run, a double, and a walk. He scored 3 times and drove in 2. With the win, Chicago upped its record to 51-25.

The game turned with one out in the bottom of the fourth. That's when Loyd hit a 2-run home run off Scott Bowling. It propelled the White Sox into the lead, 4-2.

"I'm trying to see the ball big, see the ball up in the zone and put the barrel on it," Loyd told the Chicago Citizen.
