The Texas Rangers got a strong performance from pitcher Pat Yarnall, who stymied the Seattle offense en route to a win, 2-1, at Globe Life Park in Arlington. Montes Galli came out of the bullpen to earn the win. The left-hander allowed 1 run on 4 hits in 3 innings. His record now stands at 1-3.
