Eager fans turned out for a matchup between the Milwaukee Brewers and Cincinnati Reds.
Milwaukee Brewers starter Mike Joseph was in midseason form, as he helped his team beat the Cincinnati Reds, 4-1. The win puts Milwaukee at 33-51.
Milwaukee left fielder Dave Cuozzo contributed a timely at-bat in the bottom of the seventh. With two down, he hit a fastball to left field for a 2-run single. It was his 50th hit of the season and put the Brewers ahead, 4-1.
"Getting ahead of the hitters was the key," said Joseph.
