The Cincinnati Reds weathered a fine game by Chicago catcher Derick Benjamin to upend the Cubs, 4-3, at Great American Ball Park. Benjamin was 3-4 with a home run and 2 singles, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once. The win makes Cincinnati 59-26.

Jesus Najera was the walk-off hero for Cincinnati. With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth inning, the Reds left fielder hit a dramatic run-scoring single to send the teams home.

"This place was electric at the end," Najera said.
