Mets Lose, 4-2, as Brewers Rally
|
Milwaukee Brewers starter Chad Coslow pitched a strong game against the New York Mets at Citi Field, leading the Brewers to victory, 4-2. Milwaukee bumps their record to 46-43 with the win.
Milwaukee needed the clutch hitting of Adam Powers to seal the deal. The first baseman swatted a solo home run in the top of the eighth inning to put the Brewers on top, 3-2. For the game, Powers had 1 home run and 1 single in 4 at-bats.
"The key for me has just been attacking the zone and hitting my spots. When I'm throwing strikes and not falling behind in counts, those are the days when I pitch really good," said Coslow.
