Carlos Rosas was locked and loaded, helping the Oakland Athletics beat the Chicago White Sox, 2-1. Today's win puts Oakland at 37-54, while Chicago falls to 51-42.
Ben Celeste, the four-time All-Star , had a direct impact on the outcome. Celeste contributed a run-scoring single in the top of the sixth inning to put Oakland up, 2-0.
"We just didn't score enough runs to win," said Chicago manager Bryce Reigns.
