Blue Jays Pick Up 6-4 Win
|
The Toronto Blue Jays beat the Houston Astros by a score of 6-4. Toronto right fielder Ramon Anguiano deserved the lion's share of the credit. Anguiano went 1-3 with a home run, while adding 3 RBI and scoring once for the Blue Jays. After today's action, Toronto sits at 60-33; Houston slips to 50-44.
Anguiano came through with some timely hitting for Toronto. With Houston trailing 3-2 in the top of the sixth, Anguiano hit a 2-1 curveball for a 3-run home run. His 19th home run of the season made it 5-3, Toronto.
"Winning never gets dull," said Anguiano.
