Toronto had no answer for 24-year old left-handed pitcher Kyle Gruhlke. The Cincinnati Reds starter stymied Blue Jays hitters, helping the Reds cruise to victory, 6-0. The Reds are now 60-38, while the Blue Jays fall to 56-43.

Gary Arbogast had a big run-scoring double for the Reds in the top of the first inning. With Cincinnati leading 1-0 and a runner on 1st, he got a changeup from 26-year old left-handed pitcher Alvaro Garcia and swatted a double to left. It was his 17th double of the season, and more importantly, it put the Reds ahead, 2-0.

Arbogast said he was "thrilled" the fans had something to get excited about.
