Blue Jays shortstop Hector Amador put his stamp on his team's 8-4 win over the Las Vegas Hustle. Amador was 3 for 3 with a triple, a double, and a walk. He scored 2 times and drove in 2 for Toronto in the contest. Toronto has now won 3 straight, while the Hustle have lost 3 in a row.

The Hustle had been locked in a 0-0 tie with the Blue Jays going into the top of the fourth inning. That changed quickly when the 32-year old center fielder Kyle Archibeque came to the plate. Archibeque hit a run-scoring triple on a 0-1 slider from Las Vegas hurler Chris Wilhelm. It was Archibeque's 2nd triple of the year.
