Nationals Tuck Away 7-3 Win Over Cincinnati
|
The Washington Nationals topped the Cincinnati Reds, 7-3, in National League action at Nationals Park. The game was highlighted by the performance of Washington pitcher Daniel Gil. Washington is last in the National League East Division with a record of 49-63.
Justin Seman, the Washington second baseman, contributed a run-scoring single in the bottom of the fourth inning to make the score 3-2, Nationals. For the game, Seman went 2-5 with 2 singles. He drove in 2 runs.
"Daniel was pretty good at keeping their guys off-balance," said Washington manager Doug Graff.
