Young Helps Astros Beat Braves, 7-4
The Atlanta Braves and Houston Astros delighted fans at Minute Maid Park.

Behind a solid performance from third baseman Kyle Young, the Houston Astros defeated the Atlanta Braves, 7-4. Young belted 2 home runs. He drove in 3 runs and scored twice for the Astros. The save went to Chris Sanchez, number 21 for him.

Houston took a 6-4 lead on Marty Moore's 9th double of the season. The bases-clearing double, which Moore hit in the bottom of the seventh, left Atlanta pitcher Mitchell Scott visibly frustrated.

"It's nice to step up when your team needs you," said Young.

The Astros win now puts them at 51-61.
