In baseball, each game is unique. This one was no different.

The Minnesota Twins picked up a win at Citizens Bank Park, taking down the Philadelphia Phillies, 6-4. Starting pitcher Orlando Basurto was a big reason why. Basurto went 6.2 innings to notch the win. He scattered 5 hits, walked 2, and struck out 7. His record improves to 9-6.

Minnesota used the timely hitting of Jake Landen to seize the win. The catcher stroked a run-scoring single in the top of the eighth inning to put the Twins on top, 4-2. It was his only hit in 5 at-bats, but it was a game-changer.

"Nice to see our side come away with the win," Basurto said after the game.

The second-place Twins have a record of 65-58.
