The Houston Astros racked up a win at Minute Maid Park, bumping off the Cincinnati Reds, 9-4. Miguel Fregoso, who started for Houston, pitched effectively for his team. The Astros improved their record to 69-55 by beating Cincinnati.

The Astros got a big hit from third baseman Dave Huston. Facing Cincinnati pitcher Kyle Dellinger in the bottom of the fifth, Huston pounded a 2-run double to right-center. His 8th double of the season put the Astros ahead, 7-4.

"Miguel was all business tonight," said Houston manager Zeb Currier.
