2114 is shaping up to be a forgettable year for the Las Vegas Hustle.

Danny Rosa pitched a gem to lead Chicago to victory over the Las Vegas Hustle, 6-1. Chicago is now 68-58.

Peter Welde had a big solo home run for the Cubs in the bottom of the fourth inning. With Chicago leading 1-0 and the bases empty, he got a screwball from Mike Joseph and swatted a home run to left-center. It was his 2nd home run of the season, and more importantly, it put the Cubs ahead, 2-0.

"We scored more than enough runs this time," said Chicago manager Vin Calia. "Now watch. The next game we'll probably struggle to get a base hit."
