Phillies Rally to Win
The Philadelphia Phillies beat the Atlanta Braves, 10-5 -- though it took them 14 innings. Philadelphia first baseman Quincy Herbert had a pretty good game. He went 3 for 6 with a home run, 2 singles, and a walk, while scoring 3 runs and driving in 2. Jake Conti picked up the win in relief, improving his record to 3-4. Ivan Trevino was tagged with the loss. The last-place Phillies now have a record of 49-77.

Philadelphia relied on the hitting of Fred Martin to pick up the win. The second baseman ripped a run-scoring single in the top of the 14th inning to put the Phillies on top, 6-5. For the game, Martin had 1 triple and 2 singles in 7 at-bats.

"I like how we battled to the end," said Herbert.
