Reds Stumble, Lose to Brewers
The Milwaukee Brewers powered past the Cincinnati Reds, 8-1, at Miller Park. Josh Valencia was 2-4 with a home run, while scoring 2 and driving in 3, to lead the charge. By defeating Cincinnati, the last-place Brewers improved to 65-64.

Early in the game, right fielder Pat Yaeger had a grand slam home run for Milwaukee. It was his 28th home run of the season and put the Brewers on top, 4-0.

Said losing manager BJ Gorman: "It's very easy to sit in an ivory tower and critique the pitching, but the bottom line is we need to score runs."
