Guardians Rally Late to Clip Minnesota
Starting pitcher Rob Lewey gave the Cleveland Guardians a rock-solid performance, helping them defeat the Minnesota Twins, 2-1, in 10 innings. Pablo Iglesias finished the game for Cleveland and earned his 29th save. The third-place Guardians are now 67-66, the Twins 77-57.

Though he didn't earn the victory, Lewey kept his team in the game until the bullpen took over and the Cleveland offense came through. Over 7 innings, he allowed 2 hits and 1 run, while striking out 9.

"Rob made the big pitches when he needed to," said Cleveland manager Danny Jaime.
