Hustle Notch 5-2 Win Versus Dodgers
The Las Vegas Hustle topped the Los Angeles Dodgers, 5-2, at Dodger Park. Las Vegas right fielder Danny Valdez was a spark plug for the offense. He was 2 for 2 with a home run and 2 walks. He scored 2 times. Mason Martindale, summoned from the bullpen, notched his 2nd save. With the win, Las Vegas pushed its record to 74-60.

Las Vegas took a 4-2 lead on Colin Bridgens's 39th double of the season. The run-scoring double, which Bridgens hit in the top of the eighth, left Los Angeles pitcher Paul Moss visibly frustrated.

"We try to keep the mood light around here," said Bridgens. "Winning helps."
