Coleman Excels in 7-1 Toronto Win
|
The Toronto Blue Jays just keep winning.
Toronto first baseman Collin Coleman played a vital role in his team's 7-1 triumph over Boston. He was 3-4 with a home run, 2 singles, and was hit by a pitch, while scoring 2 and driving in 3 for Toronto. Toronto now owns a record of 91-45.
Toronto grabbed the momentum in the top of the fifth, when Coleman, who is tied for 2nd in the AL in doubles with 43, hit a 3-run home run. His 15th home run of the season put the Blue Jays out in front, 4-1.
"I wouldn't want to be playing us right now," said Toronto manager Dan Silva.
