Nationals Lose to Yankees, 7-2
|
New York turned a good effort from starter Nate Merritt into a win over the Washington Nationals at Yankee Stadium. The Yankees won the game, 7-2. In 5.2 innings, Merritt surrendered 4 hits, while striking out 4 and walking 2. He allowed 2 runs. Daisuke Yoshioka earned his 1st save in 1 chances.
