Castillo Now 9-10 Following 2-0 Win
|
St. Louis got an elite performance from starting pitcher Juan Castillo in securing a 2-0 decision over the Milwaukee Brewers. The save went to Dave Driskill, his 3rd this season. With the win, St. Louis upped its record to 76-62.
Castillo dominated for St. Louis, raising his record to 9-10. Milwaukee hitters had few good at-bats against the right-hander, who scattered 3 hits over 8 innings while striking out 7.
"I pretty much put my pitches where I wanted to," said Castillo.
