The Cincinnati Reds picked up a win at Great American Ball Park, courtesy of Chris Snodgrass. The right-hander helped his team stop the Milwaukee Brewers, 3-2. Snodgrass yielded 2 runs over 7.1 innings to notch the win. He scattered 4 hits, walked 0, and struck out 5. His record improves to 6-6. The win makes Cincinnati 57-80.

With scoring opportunities rare, the Reds had to cash in when they had the chance. One such opportunity presented itself in the bottom of the fourth, when catcher Danny Molina hit a run-scoring single. The single came off Doug Taub and made the score 3-2, Reds. Molina went 2 for 3 with 2 singles.
