Dominant Performance by Savala in Las Vegas Win
The Arizona Diamondbacks had to reckon with Las Vegas Hustle hurler Jose Savala. Savala, who leads the NL with a 11.1 K/9 rate, overwhelmed the opposition in the 8-0 Hustle triumph. The Hustle are now 77-63.

Savala worked his mojo for Las Vegas. The hard-throwing right-hander allowed no runs on 1 hit over 5.2 innings of work.

"Jose was in control from the top," said Las Vegas manager Larry Robinson.
