Rangers Stumble, Lose to Reds
|
Behind an impressive start by Curtis Moore, Cincinnati beat Texas, 8-2. The Reds now own a record of 81-62.
Michael Draper was 3 for 5 with 3 singles. He scored 2 runs and drove in 2 for Cincinnati. The 30-year old first baseman had a key at-bat in the top of the third. With one out and runners on 1st and 2nd, he broke a 0-0 tie with a run-scoring single off Steve Dixon. It was his 60th hit of the season.
"We were able to put some runs on the board," said Draper after the game.
